Congratulations on completing the first semester with such enthusiasm and dedication! You've worked so hard, and now it’s time to enjoy a well-deserved break. Winter vacation is here—a time to rest, recharge, and get creative with your homework!

Winter Vacation Homework Instructions

Your task for the break is to create a colorful poster about Carnival on A3-size paper (or larger, like A2). Let your imagination flow as you answer these questions on your poster:

  1. What is the history of Carnival, and how did it originate?
  2. Why is Carnival celebrated, and what does it symbolize?
  3. Which countries are known for their famous Carnival celebrations?
  4. What is the significance of the costumes and masks during Carnival?
  5. What role does music play in Carnival celebrations?
  6. How do people prepare for Carnival (costumes, floats, dances, etc.)?
  7. How does Carnival benefit the local economy and tourism?
  8. How do the 7 Habits relate to Carnival? Think about teamwork, planning, or creativity!

Tips for an Amazing Poster

  • Write 3-5 sentences for each question.
  • Include at least one colored picture for every section.
  • Use bold titles, clear handwriting, and vibrant decorations to make your poster stand out.
  • Don’t forget to add a title at the top center of your poster.

Feel free to ask for help from parents, friends, or even Google to find the answers. Make it fun and informative!
